Registered participants are asked to pay the registration fee (EUR or CZK) by bank transfer to:

You are required to include reference number 993104981, your name, and abbreviation GBRL for the bank transfer. Please note that any bank charges have to be paid by registrants. Payment should be made by 31 May, 2019; after this date you can make the payment in cash (we accept only Czech Koruna, CZK) at the registration desk. Please mail a copy of your bank transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to +420 585 634 870 as a proof of payment.
We require all international transfers to us to be made with the SHA instruction. If you can’t choose SHA, please put 5 EUR on top of your order total.
Payments by credit cards and cheques cannot be accepted.

Cancellation and refunds
Should you need to cancel your participation, please contact the meeting Administrator immediately. If notice of cancellation is received more than four weeks before the meeting, all but EUR 50 will be reimbursed. No refund is possible if notice of cancellation is received less than two weeks before the meeting.
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, he/she may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organisation. To name another person as a replacement, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Booking of student dormitories cancelled less than 30 days before the meeting will not be eligible for a refund. An invoice for ordered accommodation in student dormitories will be sent by regular post to the name and address we have on file.
